🇧🇷 A bit more about this Brazilian coffee:
Our latest batch of Brazilian coffee is the work of Sergio Luis Picetto, a coffee farmer who is dedicated to natural production. Over the years, Sergio has gained prominence for his sustainable methods of coffee production, which use less water than other techniques.
A member of The Associated Producers of Divinolandia (APROD), Sergio is a wonderful example of small-scale coffee production at its best. All of the coffee grown at Sitio Pinhalzinho is hand-picked and patio-dried, ensuring high quality and exceptional taste.
Despite the ideal growing conditions, extreme weather, frosts and droughts can make the terrain challenging, but Sergio deals with climate change with aplomb.
We’re stoked to support Sergio and his team as they continue their sustainable work in an ever-changing environment.
Grown in Brazil, roasted here in Bristol by the Odd Kin fam.
Enjoy!
